• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing $MM budgets and optimizing Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Track record of maintaining efficiency while scaling paid social spend.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ownership, and ambiguous environment.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn customer insights into effective paid social creative.
• A systems mindset and experience building scalable processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience using AI to improve marketing workflows, including performance analysis and campaign optimization.
