Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd seeks a proactive User Acquisition Manager to own Meta-paid traffic and drive subscriptions via web funnels. You will scale campaigns across GEOs, test creative ideas, and optimize for CPA/ROAS while expanding to new channels and leveraging AI tools.

You will collaborate with data and creative teams to diagnose performance, implement automation, and protect account health in a fast-paced AI-first environment. LI-Remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as the main platform and a track record of scalable ROI.
• High-budget management: experience handling $500k+ in monthly ad spend with consistent optimization.
• Multi-GEO expertise across countries/regions with data-driven scaling decisions.
• Strong analytical skills in CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis; proficient in analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
• Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and identify growth levers.
• Scale spend across multiple GEOs while meeting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Run structured creative testing with the creative team across channels, with clear hypotheses and scale/kill rules.
• Collaborate with data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep-dives; diagnose drops/spikes and act on findings.
• Manage signal quality: conversion events, value, purchase optimization, attribution.
• Protect account health: maintain ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
• Work with platform reps on beta features, new campaign types and escalations.
• Prepare strategy, document tests/learnings, and monitor market trends and competitors.
