Job summary

Single Grain LLC is seeking a Tactical Paid Media Manager to oversee day-to-day execution and optimization of complex campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role supports a portfolio of accounts and contributes strategic ideas to the account lead.

You will analyze performance, run experiments, and leverage AI-powered tools to drive efficiency, ROAS, and client outcomes while aligning with US hours in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media campaign experience.
• Experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven ROI delivery on medium to large budgets.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Implement keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bids, and budget allocation.
• Design, run and analyze A/B tests across campaign elements.
• Stay current with trends and platform updates; apply new strategies.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to automate tasks and improve performance.
• Conduct audits of existing accounts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to overall paid media strategy with performance insights.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with strategists, analysts, and account managers for alignment.
• Support sales with audience research and sales decks (not client-facing).
