We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with our User Acquisition team, owning measurement across apps and web properties, building datasets and predictive models, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize spend and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
• Strong SQL and Python programming with large-scale data experience.
• Business acumen to translate data into business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings.
• 4+ years in analytics, with at least 2 years supporting user acquisition or performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with at least one MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or Branch).
• Experience building dashboards, LTV/payback models, and cohort analyses.
• Familiarity with growth marketing concepts and iOS SKAN/privacy changes.
• Nice to have: Big Data tools (Redshift/Spark/Airflow), experiment design, AI, or startup experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain datasets and data pipelines to enable self-service analytics.
• Improve data quality, accuracy, reliability, and documentation.
• Own UA performance measurement across paid channels (CPI/CAC, ROAS, retention, payback).
• Build and maintain predictive LTV models and cohort curves for bidding decisions.
• Reconcile data across MMPs, ad networks, and internal event data; investigate attribution discrepancies.
• Analyze web-to-app funnel performance from landing page to install to engagement.
• Design and read incrementality tests, A/B tests to measure true lift beyond last-touch attribution.
• Monitor traffic quality and flag anomalies such as fraud or low-quality sources.
• Partner with UA team on budget allocation and channel mix scenarios.
