Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Canada team in a remote role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers and translate customer needs into tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales engineering or network systems, a CS degree or equivalent, and a strong cybersecurity and networking background with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls. Certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
• Proven cybersecurity and networking background with hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and needs.
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
