Job summary

GoGuardian is seeking an Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment. You will own onboarding programs, ramp new sellers and sales leaders, and ensure the curriculum, milestones, and certifications are up to date.

You will build scalable enablement, run onboarding cohorts, coordinate with our Senior Enablement Partner, manage content in systems, and leverage AI to save time while maintaining human checks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales enablement or revenue enablement
• Experience in the K-12 EdTech market
• Strong facilitator and clear writer
• Experience using AI to draft, summarize, and automate
• Ability to run intake and set priorities across requests

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding from start to finish—curriculum, milestones, certification, and manager check-ins
• Lead onboarding cohorts and 30/60/90 check-ins
• Build onboarding for new sales leaders, including promoted internal hires
• Support product enablement and launch prep
• Run enablement intake with clear priorities and response times
• Own enablement systems, content tagging, dashboards, and updates
• Use AI to save time and automate where appropriate
• Report monthly on ramp time and content usage
• Be a backup for core programs when needed
