Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking an AI Enablement Advisor for its Sales team. The role focuses on building AI-powered tools and prompts in Claude, delivering trainings, piloting new builds, and sharing proven solutions across sales areas. It also supports field activities, prospecting, and demonstrations.

The position is hourly, with up to 29 hours per week, remote, and travel-light, emphasizing collaboration with educators and sales teams to implement Curriculum Associates solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of five years of experience in customer service, sales, teaching, or a combination of these fields.
• Teaching credential preferred.
• Previous experience as a classroom teacher, education sales professional, customer support representative, or trainer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools, templates, and automations in Claude.
• Write, test, and refine AI prompts tailored to sales workflows.
• Deliver targeted trainings on AI tools and prompt-writing techniques.
• Pilot new AI builds with small groups of sales reps and leaders.
• Capture and share successful prompts, tools, and learnings across sales areas.
• Prospect new schools and districts and conduct virtual/in-person product demonstrations.
• Develop expertise in Curriculum Associates products and educational trends.
