Ripjar is seeking a senior Revenue Operations Manager to own end-to-end revenue planning, AI orchestration, and commercial transformation for a fast-growing enterprise software company. You will partner with the executive team and bridge strategy with board-level reporting.

Responsibilities include governance of AI workflows across the sales org, ownership of data models and KPI reporting, and leading change management across the commercial function.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing AI-enabled workflows in a commercial context.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end revenue planning, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Strong storytelling with data to inform board-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual revenue planning cycle end-to-end across data, tools and processes.
• Lead design and governance of AI workflows and agents for the commercial team and RevOps.
• Develop and maintain the Sales Playbook and enablement events; deliver board-ready narratives.
