Job summary

Tradeweb Technology is seeking a senior Production Support professional with a strong focus on applying AI to improve operational efficiency, incident response, and root cause analysis within the Credit trading platform. The role aims to understand existing production issues, investigation patterns, and support workflows, designing AI-powered tools to reduce MTTD, MTTR, and toil.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of IT experience with significant Production Support, Site Reliability, or DevOps.
Experience supporting large-scale financial/trading systems with distributed architecture.
Strong programming background in one or more: C++, Python, Node.js.
Experience with logging/monitoring tools, containers/orchestration, and messaging/streams.

Responsibilities

Analyze historical incidents to identify patterns and bottlenecks.
Design AI-powered tools to accelerate root-cause analysis and incident triage.
Embed AI into day-to-day workflows with Dev, QA, and Business teams.
Develop internal tools and lightweight services to boost support productivity.
Document AI-driven workflows and measure impact on MTTR and toil.
Ensure high availability and stability for production, demo, and test environments.
