Tradeweb Markets is seeking a senior Production Support role focused on applying AI to improve operational efficiency, incident response, and root cause analysis for its Credit trading platform. You will work with Development, QA, and Business teams to modernize issue detection and resolution.

The role sits at the intersection of production support, software engineering, and AI enablement, with flexible hours and remote work options. Prior experience in trading systems is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT with Production Support/SRE/DevOps.
• Strong background in large-scale financial/trading systems.

Aufgaben

• Analyze historical production incidents and ticket data to identify patterns and bottlenecks.
• Design and build AI-assisted tools to accelerate root cause identification and incident triage.
• Embed AI into day-to-day workflows with Production Support engineers.
• Develop internal tools and lightweight services to improve support efficiency.
• Apply AI coding assistants to prototype and productionize tooling.
• Document AI-driven workflows and playbooks for the support org.
• Measure impact of AI adoption (MTTR, investigation time, manual effort).
• Maintain high availability for production, demo, and test environments.
• Deep-dive into logs/metrics/codebases to understand failures.
• Support monitoring/observability platforms (logs, dashboards, alerts).
• Collaborate with Development/AI teams on new AI features.
