Job summary

Rithum seeks a Procurement Specialist to own the end-to-end lifecycle, from intake to contract. You will run sourcing events, build business cases, and negotiate terms with Legal and vendors to protect the company while driving savings.

You will apply AI to automate repeatable tasks and improve decision making in a remote-first environment. You will collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance to land right terms, with measurable savings and faster cycles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract operations, ideally supporting SaaS and software spend.
• Hands-on experience with an intake-to-procure workflow platform such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements with Legal to close terms.
• Experience running sourcing events or renewals through to award or signature.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement lifecycle end to end, from intake triage to purchase orders and invoice matching.
• Improve procurement processes by removing delays and ensuring data quality and pipeline visibility.
• Lead sourcing events from scoping to award, with vendor evaluations and renewals.
• Develop business cases using total cost of ownership and market benchmarking to justify selections.
• Negotiate terms with vendors in partnership with Legal, Security, and Privacy.
• Enable AI-driven procurement work and share successful approaches with the team.
