Rithum is a remote‑first technology company transforming procurement for brands, suppliers, and retailers in the U.S. We seek a Procurement Specialist to own the lifecycle end‑to‑end, run sourcing events, and negotiate terms that protect spend and timelines.

You will leverage AI to streamline repetitive work, while ensuring compliance and value creation across the vendor portfolio. You will collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance to land the right deals, drive measurable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or related fields
• Experience with intake-to-procure platforms (Zip/Coupa/Ariba)
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements with Legal
• Experience running sourcing events through award or signature
• Strong ability to present cost analyses to multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple procurement requests with traceable records
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making
• Ability to verify AI outputs against source documents before use

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement lifecycle end-to-end from intake to PO, onboarding, and invoice matching
• Improve procurement workflows, reduce delays, and report on pipeline, cycle time, and savings
• Run sourcing events from scoping to award, including vendor evaluations and renewals
• Lead negotiations and land terms protecting the business while moving fast
• Use AI for contract summaries, redlines, spend analysis, and market research
• Provide training and guidance to other teams on procurement processes and tools
