Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end procurement, from intake to contract execution, ensuring spend protection and timely delivery. You will collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance to land favorable terms and run sourcing events delivering measurable savings.

This hands-on, high-visibility role requires ramping on Zip and managing a defined spend category within a year, while leveraging AI to accelerate decision-making and automate repetitive work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract ops, SaaS spend preferred.
• Experience with intake-to-procure platforms (Zip, Coupa, Ariba) or similar.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements with Legal.
• Experience running sourcing events or renewals through award/signature.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement lifecycle end-to-end from intake triage to PO, onboarding, and invoice matching.
• Improve procurement processes, reduce delays, and report on pipeline, cycle time, and savings.
• Run sourcing events end-to-end, including vendor evaluations, RFx, renewals, and negotiations.
• Lead AI-enabled procurement activities like contract summaries, redlines, spend analysis, and stakeholder communications.
