Eulerity, Inc. is seeking a client-facing Account Manager on our Customer Success team. You’ll own a portfolio of multi-location brands, lead onboarding, and develop cross-channel strategies across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels to align with client goals.

You’ll conduct business reviews, monitor performance with our Technical Account Managers, and pursue thoughtful upsells. Remote or hybrid work is available, with NYC hybrid for those nearby; travel for training as

Formación

• 3–5 years in account management or client strategy at an ad agency, ad tech company, or media company.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You’ve personally built, managed, or directed campaigns.
• Experience managing client budgets across multiple accounts at the same time.
• A track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them.
• Ability to take performance data, find what’s driving results, and present a clear recommendation to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Your book of business. Manage a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands.
• Onboarding. Run a high-touch onboarding process that sets up a long-term partnership from day one.
• Performance strategy. Build cross-channel plans across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels.
• Business reviews. Lead reviews that tell the real story in the data and provide clear next steps.
• Optimization. Work with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery and adjust campaigns.
• Growth. Uncover expansion opportunities with thoughtful upsells aligned to client value.
• Client advocacy. Represent clients inside Eulerity to ensure promised deliverables.
