You will support the team, own client relationships, manage daily work, and drive performance with data-driven decisions. A remote role across the US and Canada, with a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an agency or client services environment.
• Proven success in performance marketing and paid media.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams to ambitious goals.
• Financial fluency with budgets, forecasts, and media pacing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with campaign metrics interpretation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the account team as the operational backbone.
• Own client relationships, proactively communicating and solving issues.
• Oversee daily media/creative execution and timelines.
• Collaborate with media strategists to analyze data and identify opportunities.
• Translate metrics into narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Forecast budgets, track spending, and pace campaigns.
• Keep clients and teams informed on trends and industry changes.
• Integrate generative AI to streamline work and spark ideas.
