Brilliant is a fully remote performance marketing agency seeking a full-time Account Executive with 2+ years of agency experience in consumer PR or integrated marketing. The role emphasizes strong project management, curiosity about AI, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

You will handle media relations, creative ideation, trend jacking, and hands-on project management to drive ROI for clients. Remote, fast-paced environment with a culture of excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of PR agency experience in consumer products.
• Demonstrated project management experience managing timelines and multiple accounts.
• Portfolio of national placements secured independently.
• Comfort using AI tools daily and openness to new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Execute PR strategies to achieve client goals, ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage media relations, pitches, releases, and monitoring.
• Lead trend-jacking and AI-assisted research and reporting.
• Coordinate across departments to align deliverables and timelines.
• Own campaign timelines, budgets, and accountability.
