Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day NPI PMO execution, tracking change requests and coordinating test environments.
Identify manual tasks and design/deploy automated scripts or workflow integrations.
Utilize IDEs and AI-assisted tools to prototype and launch internal PMO efficiencies.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution during test windows and release gates.
Maintain documentation of automated workflows, system dependencies, and process changes.
Track metrics to demonstrate efficiency gains and suggest continuous improvements.
