Job summary

Rebuilt is hiring an early-career Operations Specialist to own the recurring operating rhythm of the sales teams. You will handle onboarding, training, SOP maintenance, and weekly meetings, reporting to the COO. You’ll use AI daily to automate tasks and improve processes across the field.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback loops, design sessions, and fast-follow deployments, while staying highly organized and proactive in a remote, time-zone-spread environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, program coordination, sales support, training, or similar fast-paced roles.
• Heavy hands-on AI usage; able to create SOPs, training guides, dashboards or reports using AI tools.
• Clear, concise writing; ability to document processes and produce training materials.
• Experience teaching or running training sessions; capable of explaining tools to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple moving parts and close loops without reminders.
• Proactive, capable of driving work forward without prompts.
• Strong skills with Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration across time zones.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training cohorts, or LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own new-hire setup and onboarding including system access, calendars, and communications.
• Write and maintain SOPs; keep knowledge base current.
• Coordinate weekly team meetings; prepare agendas, materials, and recaps.
• Develop and deliver training when new tools or updates launch.
• Collect user feedback post-launch and coordinate fixes with Product/Engineering.
• Be the hands-on user voice in product design; test new features in real workflows.
• Run recurring reports and automate routine tasks; back up peers during PTO.
