Job summary

Rebuilt is seeking an early-career Operations Specialist to manage the recurring operating rhythm for our sales teams. You will handle onboarding, training, documentation, team meetings and change communication to keep processes smooth and scalable.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll own execution for your areas and use AI daily to produce finished work and automate repetitive tasks, helping improve efficiency across time zones and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, program coordination, sales support, training or a similar fast-paced role.
• Heavy, hands-on AI use as part of how you work.
• Ability to create finished work with AI tools (SOPs, training guides, dashboards, reports).
• Experience automating a manual process with AI or no-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Own new-hire setup and onboarding: system access, rosters, calendars, communications.
• Write and maintain SOPs and keep the knowledge base current.
• Coordinate weekly team meetings and skills practice: agendas, materials, recaps.
• Build and deliver training when new tools or updates launch.
• Gather user feedback after launch and coordinate with Product/Engineering.
• Act as hands-on user voice in product design sessions and test features.
• Run recurring reports and turn repetitive work into AI automation.
