Qualifications

• Proficient medical coding knowledge with ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing clinical documentation.
• Experience with E/M guidelines and coding compliance.

Responsabilités

• Review and annotate medical records to assign ICD-10 and CPT codes based on documentation.
• Apply E/M guidelines to assess coding levels and validate datasets.
• Ensure coding accuracy and adherence to current guidelines.
• Analyze clinical notes to identify ambiguities or inconsistencies in coding.
• Provide feedback on coding guidelines and edge cases to support AI training data.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve data quality for AI models.
