This remote, full-time role drives prioritized AI use cases, governance, and measurable value realization across functions. You will build business cases, establish governance cadences, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced efficiency and employee experience in a rapidly evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the US; employer sponsorship not offered for this role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation efforts translating strategic priorities into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Identify transformation and AI-enabled opportunities with defined outcomes, roadmaps, and success measures.
