Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis in the United States. You will shape financial strategy, own the long-range planning, and translate strategy into multi-year targets with AI-enhanced insights.

You will build scalable AI-powered models, partner with executives across functions, influence capital allocation, and support investor communications and board reporting in a dynamic technology environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 12+ years in FP&A, strategy, analytics, or related areas.
• Experience owning long-range planning and complex financial models.
• Proficiency applying AI to financial planning, forecasting, or reporting.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the long-range planning process with executive input.
• Translate strategy into financial targets and multi-year forecasts.
• Develop ARR-based models covering bookings, churn, pricing, and performance.
• Lead AI-enabled planning, forecasting, and narrative reporting.
• Provide strategic business partnership with Product, GTM, and Finance.
• Prepare board-ready presentations with clear financial storytelling.
