Job summary

DrFirst is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to own the planning, project management, and execution of digital-first campaigns across ABM, email, paid digital advertising, and events. You will drive lead generation and apply AI and marketing automation to accelerate planning, content development, and reporting.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales, plus external partner agencies, to create, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Experience with marketing and sales platforms incl. HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital advertising.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for planning, drafting, and reporting with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across ABM, email, paid media, and events.
• Drive lead generation and conversion, applying AI and automation to speed up planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, sales and agencies to monitor campaigns and optimize spend.
• Track performance with analytics and generate insights for stakeholders.
