Grafana Labs is hiring a Demand Generation Program Manager to own multi-channel campaigns targeting existing customers for expansion and cross-sell. The role blends AI-driven workflows with traditional demand-gen practices to scale programs beyond headcount, shaping how the field operates in 2026 and beyond.

You'll join a team rebuilding demand gen, where AI agents run production programs and marketers design the machine. Remote, global team with RSUs and wide geographic reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
• Experience across multiple channels (email, paid, events, web, outbound) with measurable pipeline results.
• Experience marketing to existing customers — expansion or cross-sell programs.
• Hands-on with AI in work: automations or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own customer lifecycle demand gen. Build and run programs that create demand inside our existing customer base — expansion, cross-sell, and adoption plays across email, in-app, web, and field channels, in partnership with sales and customer teams.
• Work across channels, not in one. Support and strengthen programs across paid, email, events, web, and outbound as team priorities shift.
• Build agentic workflows. Use AI tools to automate program execution — audience building, content generation, signal detection, QA.
• Connect programs to the sales motion. Translate marketing signals into actions sellers actually take with sales leadership.
• Measure what matters. Instrument programs, report on pipeline impact honestly, and kill what isn't working.
