Job summary

Grafana Labs is hiring a Demand Generation Program Manager to own programs across channels with a focus on existing customers. You’ll drive expansion and cross-sell via email, in-app, web, and field channels in partnership with sales and customer teams.

You’ll design agentic AI workflows to automate execution and connect marketing signals to seller actions, relentlessly measuring impact and optimizing for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
• Proven track record across 2-3 channels with pipeline results.
• Experience marketing to existing customers focus: expansion/cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Own customer lifecycle demand gen; drive expansion and cross-sell.
• Work across paid, email, events, web, and outbound channels.
• Build agentic AI-driven workflows to automate program execution.
• Translate marketing signals into actions for sales teams.
• Measure impact, report pipeline, and discontinue underperforming programs.
