Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Compensation & Data Analyst (IC4) to lead global compensation programs, equity strategy, and AI-assisted analytics. The role partners with Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration while leveraging Workday and Carta for modeling and governance.

This remote, full-time position requires building scalable data pipelines, integrating with Workday, and delivering strategic insights to executives worldwide from Costa Rica.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, equity strategy, or People Analytics.
• Experience designing and modeling global compensation and equity programs.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration.
• Experience with change management and training collateral.

Responsibilities

• Architect compensation models for salary bands, market pricing, geographic differentials, and merit/promotion budgets.
• AI-augmented data analytics to synthesize benchmarks, trends, and narratives.
• Model executive total compensation, STI/LTI, and create AI-assisted narrative analyses.
