Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff Compensation Analyst to own the building blocks of our global total rewards engine in an AI-forward environment. This high-autonomy, greenfield role offers scope to shape compensation and equity governance.

You will run compensation and equity review cycles, audit data, and deliver benchmarking, equity budgeting, and dilution analysis to leaders, building a trusted data foundation and translating complex concepts into clear recommendations.
