Qualifications

• 5+ years of global compensation analysis experience.
• Expert Excel or Google Sheets financial modeling.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one full compensation cycle.
• Experience with multi-country, multi-currency salary structures and equity vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Own the global compensation calendar and compensation/equity review cycles.
• Lead complex new-hire compensation decisions and governance.
• Audit historical records and unify data across Rippling, Greenhouse, and reporting systems.
• Deliver benchmarking, equity budgeting, and dilution analysis for leadership.
