Job summary

The Predictive Index in Westwood, MA is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the client journey, from onboarding to advocacy, for a portfolio of PI clients. You will use AI features to drive adoption and deliver business value.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Sales, Product, Science, and Marketing, manage multiple projects, and identify expansion opportunities to grow accounts, while ensuring client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and account management
• Proven account management experience and metrics
• Experience communicating at all organization levels including C‑Suite
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions
• Ability to synthesize client feedback with AI tools
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills
• Nice to have experience with talent management/organizational design

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey across onboarding, implementation, adoption and advocacy for PI clients
• Drive adoption and ensure value from PI solutions and AI features
• Consult and challenge clients on talent optimization strategies
• Tell the story with data using AI to extract usage trends and insights
• Find the next opportunities within client accounts through discovery
• Grow accounts with potential expansions and renewals
• Stay on top of commitments with effective time management and AI tools
• Be the voice of the customer with internal teams to shape products and AI offerings
