Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional customer success, account management, or client services with SaaS experience.
• Experience managing B2B or B2C clients in a consultative or account management capacity.
• Onboarding & implementation experience: guide new clients through software onboarding and early adoption.
• Strong project management: multi-account handling with timely execution.
• Retention & growth experience to build long-term partnerships.
• CRM usage and data/analytics proficiency to derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Lifecycle from kickoff to renewal; design and execute success plans.
• Guide onboarding and implementation of our AI-driven software for new clients.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead product adoption and training to maximize platform value.
• Analyze KPIs and usage data to improve outcomes and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to optimize the client experience.
