Job summary

enGen seeks an IT Architect/Business Analyst to work in a hybrid model (T,W,TH) for employees within 50 miles of the corporate office. You will translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and oversee requirements from vision through the project lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendors to ensure traceable, verifiable specs and effective change management; re-estimation support is also included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and systems design.
• Experience building Customer Service platforms; healthcare knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to define business processes and enable technologies and opportunities.
• Translates high-level visions and impact assessments into detailed business requirements and designs.
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendor teams to ensure traceability.
• Ensure specifications align with business needs and are verifiable, and manage changes and impacts.
• Support project re-estimation activities as needed.
