Job summary

Conversion is seeking a Founding AI Deployment Strategist to drive enterprise AI deployments from inception to value realization. You will enable sales, migrate customers to Conversion, advise on how to scale marketing with AI, and collaborate with engineering to shape the product.

The role is in-person in San Francisco, five days a week, and requires a customer-focused mindset with a background in software engineering and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with customers is preferred over pure coding.
• Background in software engineering with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Sales enablement: help close deals and run proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers.
• Customer migration: orchestrate the transition from a customer’s existing marketing infrastructure onto Conversion, acting as the bridge between their teams and our engineers.
• Succeeding with Conversion: advise marketing teams on using AI to significantly elevate results in a post-LLM world.
• Shaping product: work with engineering and product to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
