Job summary

Tallwave seeks an early-career product/design professional to work on a Fortune 500 client, diagnosing delivery bottlenecks and building AI-enabled solutions within real workflows.

You will run workshops, define constraints, prototype with AI agents, and drive adoption by working closely with operators and sponsors over weeks.

This role offers remote work within the United States, with travel to client sites and a clear path to leadership within 18 months.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management, UX design, service design, product design, or consulting on digital products.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops with real stakeholders.
• Experience shipping prototypes with AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Design and run workshops to diagnose bottlenecks and map workflow.
• Identify the constraint, write a testable hypothesis with metrics and a timeline.
• Prototype working AI tooling inside real workflows using coding agents.
• Ensure adoption by observing users and iterating.
• Present findings and recommendations to sponsors and leads.
