Job summary

Tallwave, a digital agency, is seeking an early-career Product Manager/UX consultant to diagnose client delivery bottlenecks and deliver AI-enabled solutions. You will run workshops, identify constraints, and prototype tools within real workflows for large Fortune 500 enterprise clients.

You will work in a three-person pod with an Engagement Lead and a Platform Engineer, shipping usable outcomes within weeks and advancing toward leadership of engagements within eighteen months.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management, UX design, service design, product design, or consulting on digital products.
• Experience in designing and facilitating workshops with real stakeholders and turning output into decisions.
• You build with AI and have shipped a working prototype with coding agents and can demonstrate it.
• AI fluency: understand LLMs, agents, retrieval, and evaluation well enough to design around their limits.
• Bias for action: ship a rough version this week rather than a polished one next month.
• Confident in presenting and defending ideas in client settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and run workshops to diagnose processes and map how work moves.
• Name the constraint with a measurable hypothesis and plan for testing.
• Prototype with AI coding agents on real data inside the workflow and own the prompts.
• Sit with users to ensure adoption and measure live usage of the solution.
• Track hypothesis validity and propose pivots when needed.
• Turn findings into decision-ready materials for sponsors and present them.
• Collaborate with the Lead and Platform Engineer to keep work moving with the client.
