Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit with client teams and redesign workflows, establish operating models, and drive AI adoption. You will diagnose processes, build functional AI-powered proofs of concept, and ship working prototypes autonomously to accelerate ROI.

The role blends management consulting expertise with technical capability, requiring autonomy without a dedicated engineering team and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, or process engineering.
• Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes that ship working solutions.
• Ability to rapidly scope and build a working PoC within client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
• Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and better human–agent collaboration using AI.
• Design operating models with org structure, governance, and cross-functional interaction models.
• Establish performance baselines and measurement frameworks for ongoing improvement.
• Identify value gaps where tech deployment outpaced adoption and ROI.
• Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code environments.
• Use demos/prototypes as primary tools for stakeholder alignment within client processes.
• Advise clients on where AI adds value vs. distraction with realistic expectations.
• Support rollout of tools/workflows to ensure adoption through process design.
• Create enablement materials linking technology to operating models.
• Scope engagements and conduct assessments for value capture and readiness.
• Contribute reusable frameworks to improve practice qualification and scoping.
