Convergenz is seeking an AI Deployment Lead to turn AI capabilities into practical business solutions remotely for U.S. teams. The role emphasizes understanding how people work, identifying AI opportunities, and helping users adopt AI tools.

You will combine hands-on generative AI experience with strong business process understanding, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption experience. The position requires leading training sessions and collaborating with nontechnical users to achieve

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions engineering, product management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
Proven ability to understand business processes and help users adopt AI solutions.
Experience training nontechnical users and driving technology adoption.

Responsibilities

Work directly with users to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI.
Build practical AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, and automated workflows.
Demonstrate how teams can leverage AI to improve everyday tasks.
Lead training sessions, onboarding, and hands-on user enablement.
Gather user feedback and translate business needs into product requirements.
Track AI adoption and develop reusable templates and playbooks.
