Qualificações

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, product management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Proven ability to understand business processes and help users adopt AI solutions.
• Experience training nontechnical users and driving technology adoption.

• Work directly with users to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI.
• Build practical AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, and automated workflows.

This role focuses on understanding how people work, identifying where AI can improve their daily processes, and helping users successfully adopt AI tools.

The ideal candidate combines hands‑on generative AI experience with strong business process understanding, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption experience.

What You'll Do

• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Proven ability to understand business processes and help users adopt AI solutions.
• Experience training nontechnical users and driving technology adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Nice to Have: LangChain, CrewAI, Zapier, Make, MCP, or similar technologies.
