Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking an AI Deployment Manager in the United States to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and measurable outcomes. You will choose either Build or Enablement paths, leading collaboration with clients, engineers, and champions to deliver value.

You will guide discovery, define opportunities, and shape AI products and workflows, ensuring adoption and scalable impact while maintaining clear accountability for results.

Qualifications

• Depth in Build or Enablement (experience across both welcome)
• Experience in client enablement, training, and adoption
• Strong AI fluency and ability to translate user needs into AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and user conversations to understand goals, workflows, data readiness, and adoption barriers.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans for engineers.
• Design and lead trainings, workshops, and office hours to apply AI in daily work.
• Define success criteria, track adoption signals and outcomes, and iterate for improvement.
• Manage scope and align stakeholders, communicate decisions and tradeoffs clearly.
