Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime solutions for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms. You will own end-to-end implementations, design real-time data integrations, and configure AML/CRR detection workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in implementation or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech or regtech is highly desirable.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot end-to-end data integrations.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end implementations: lead customer implementations from discussions through go-live.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML programs including CRR models and detection rules.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Implement regulatory workflows (SARs, CTRs, CRR) and ensure compliance.
• Test and troubleshoot data integrations and production deployments.
• Educate customers and enable self-sufficiency before transitions to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations with risk-informed timelines.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed back customer needs.
