Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own terms.

Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve. Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for distortions or errors, and writing precise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses and images/videos.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a focused English explanation.
• Completing tasks such as image/video evaluations and caption labeling.
