Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Compensation varies by expertise and project, with weekly payments. You’ll gain access to leading LLMs and work from home or while traveling, helping shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
