Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations in natural speech.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English highlighting what was seen or heard.
