Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours and earn up to $15 per hour, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and improve through precise evaluations and written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
