Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule. Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world scenarios.

The role offers flexible hours, fully remote work from multiple eligible countries, and compensation per hour with potential incentives based on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignments.
• Write English explanations detailing what was observed and why.
