Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and document what’s off in clear explanations.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and scoring across multiple dimensions. The role emphasizes accuracy, written communication, and the ability to think on your feet.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unmatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of the observations.
