Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in SaaS or AI.
• Experience with horizontal, technical, or AI-native products.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes for Mid-Market and Enterprise; drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments; align solutions with executive goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
• Develop forecasts for retention, expansion, and health scores.
• Lead QBRs and success plans; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account health using usage data and signals.
• Influence roadmap priorities through cross-functional advocacy.
