Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what looked off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to explain observations succinctly.
• Sharp attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when issues appear.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and articulating decisions during reviews.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was observed and why.
