Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will oversee live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This role supports frontier AI research and reward structure includes weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Contributors work from home or while traveling, with pay up to $18 per hour and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts best.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortion or misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
