Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and explain in writing what sounded off, remotely and on your own terms.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write clear English explanations detailing what was observed and why it mattered.
