Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English pointing to what was seen or heard.
